"DONNA SINGER/Destiny, Moment of Jazz: Singer and co-hort Doug Richards are at it again...we really love what she’s doing here...sets Singer apart from most other oldies jazz divas. Don’t call yourself a jazz vocal fan if you don’t dig this. Hot stuff. here."
~Chris Spector, MIDWEST RECORD
"5.0 out of 5 stars Singer's vision is solid, energetic traditional mainstream jazz" By Grady Harp, Hall Of Fame Top 50 Reviewer vine voice -

"I just heard a really good holiday album by a jazz vocalist with the unique name of Donna Singer...The album closes with a fun and energetic rendition of "Winter Wonderland"...Not only does Donna Singer have some great vocals, she has surrounded herself with terrific musicians and backing vocalists. This could have been just another average holiday album, but with the slate of original songs, Donna and company made this a very special offering."
~BVS Reviews, Bruce Von Stier
"A coalescence of smooth jazz, gospel and sonic bliss, Kiss Me Beneath the Mistletoe is a lovely addition to the Holiday Songbook...Kiss Me Beneath the Mistletoe generates a feel good atmosphere with melodictunage and harmonic forms that bond the songs to Singer's vocals. A world renowned vocalist, Donna Singer has a voice that invites the listener to the party." ~Susan Frances, Yahoo!

Donna Singer's recordings have charted nationally and internationally. With her latest album Feeling the Jazz she brings it all together with her colleagues, the seasoned musicians of The Doug Richards Trio. The opener, Lover Come Back to Me, has been recorded by artists as diverse as Billie Holiday, Django Reinhardt and John Coltrane. This hot version features guitarist Jeff Otis. The original ballad, Have You Ever Had the Feeling, written by Karen Macklin, is Donna's step away and soars with violins and overdubbed vocals. She nods to Jobim with the bossa nova Wave. Other songs from the Great American Songbook include I Thought About You, Gershwin's S'Wonderful, and Guess Who I Saw Today, all featuring trombonist Bill Fleck. The trio shines on the instrumental Take the “A” Train. The remaining four songs Alone Together, For Once in My Life, They Didn't Believe Me, and Almost Like Being in Love are mainstream Donna Singer—her “in-the-pocket” vocals intertwined with the strong musicianship of The Doug Richards Trio. Here is your chance to buy an energy filled CD with Donna's unique style.

I knew that in order to release CDs globally, I needed a record label behind me to support and utilize my talent. So, in 2011, I became a recording executive, creating my own label, Emerald Baby Recording Company, Inc for distribution of my music. Because of sheer determination, my music is now played on jazz stations globally. Emerald Baby has the M/WBE certificate with the school board of Broward County, application pending in Palm Beach County and is registered to do business with the State of Florida.
